We Respect Your Time
We show up organized and prepared. We won't waste your day, and we'll never leave you guessing.
Steady, Real Work
We schedule two weeks out and give you as much lead time as we can. Reliable partners get the call first.
No Surprises on Scope
You'll have complete plans and specs before your final bid is due, and you'll always know who to call and when you're needed.
One Team, No Drama
We work with good people who treat each other well. You'll like the crews you're on site with — that's not an accident.
The Big Five
Customer service is our #1 priority. Introduce yourself, be kind, and go the extra mile. We're inviting you into someone's home and staking our reputation on it — when clients love the experience, everybody gets more work.
We treat everyone with respect — clients, our team, other trade partners, inspectors, the dumpster guy. Mutual trust and respect is what makes great work possible, and we're one team on every site. Life's too short, and the work's too good, to do it any other way.
No alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances on job sites, in vehicles on site, or anywhere on B Home Co property. Our clients trust us in their homes, and that trust starts here.
Our clients live in their homes. Broom-clean minimum every time you leave — even just for lunch. Bag the debris, wipe the surfaces, vacuum when you can. Treat every home like it belongs to someone you love.
We need to know when you're coming before you arrive. Confirm your schedule in JobTread, tell your PM right away if anything changes, and give us a heads up the day before you're on site. That's how we keep homeowners happy and projects on track.
